How to use
Take an appropriate amount (approximately 2cm) in your hand, lather well with water or lukewarm water, and wash gently. Then, rinse thoroughly. [Caution] - Rinse thoroughly to ensure no residue remains. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately. If you experience a foreign body sensation in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not store in direct sunlight or in high or low temperature locations. If using a bathroom dryer, do not store in the bathroom. Use with caution if you have ever had an allergic reaction to the ingredients. Always perform a patch test before using cosmetics for the first time. Take care to check for any abnormalities on your skin. Discontinue use if the product does not suit your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't dry out your skin after washing and is easy to use. It lathers well, is inexpensive, and I want to keep using it.
I was looking for an inexpensive non-drying face wash at the drugstore and bought this. It wasn't as dry as I expected and didn't cause any irritation, so I've continued to use it. I recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive, mild face wash.
I ran out of facial soap, so I quickly bought this. It creates a fluffy lather when using a foaming net. Its cleansing power isn't strong, but it leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing. It doesn't seem to have any acne-fighting properties. I don't plan on buying it again. I'd prefer a face wash with a weaker cleanser.
