How to use
Take an appropriate amount (about 2cm) in your hand, lather well with water or lukewarm water, and wash gently. Then rinse thoroughly. For rough areas, wash carefully, massaging. [Caution] - Rinse thoroughly to ensure no residue remains. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse immediately without rubbing. If you still feel a foreign body in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist. Do not store in direct sunlight or in high or low temperature locations. If using a bathroom dryer, do not store in the bathroom. Use caution if you have ever had an allergic reaction to the ingredients in the product. When using cosmetics for the first time, always perform a patch test or other trial before using. The color of the contents comes from charcoal. As charcoal is a natural ingredient, the color may vary depending on the product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This soft scrub can be used without irritation. I don't feel it has much effect on pores or blackheads, but I like using it because it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean.

I bought this to wash my face in the bath at night. It's foamed up, so it doesn't feel like a scrub. It's black in color and it feels like it's removing dirt from pores. It doesn't dry out my skin.
