What it is
Sisley's new cleansing water, "Eau Efficace," completes eye makeup removal, cleansing, and toning in one step. It quickly removes makeup in one step and moisturizes the skin. Its rinse-free formula leaves skin clean and refreshed. Suitable for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers. *Avoid use on mucous membranes.

How to use
Place a cotton pad on the pump and dispense 2-3 pumps to obtain an appropriate amount. Gently wipe the eye area first, then use a different cotton pad to wipe the entire face. Wipe again as needed to completely remove makeup. Use in the morning to give your skin a soothing feel and wake it up, and at night to remove makeup and impurities. No rinsing is required. It can also be used on the delicate eye area.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
