How to use
Remove the stopper as shown in the illustration before use. After wetting your hands and face, pump 1-2 times into the palm of your hand, add cold or lukewarm water, lather thoroughly, and use to wash your face. Rinse thoroughly after use. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not store in a hot place.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it cheaply at a drugstore and have since repurchased several bottles. I use it as a regular face wash, but it's neither good nor bad, and I was surprised to see the low ratings on this site. I'll consider trying a different face wash.
I bought this because I use the entire Sekkisei line. As the name Milky Wash suggests, it has a thick, milky texture and creates a fluffy lather with a foaming net. I tend to use it in the mornings, so I found it to be just right, with just the right amount of moisturizing. It's also great value for money!
I've been using it for nearly 10 years since it was released. It's not particularly amazingly smooth, but I've tried the soap and powder, and this one feels the most translucent and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. It creates a fine lather when you add water little by little and lather it. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing my face. It helps my skin absorb the lotion I use afterwards (or so I think). It has a mild scent. I've also tried other products on a whim, and I've noticed that it brightens my skin and makes it less likely to become cloudy (or so I think). It's discounted at drugstores, so I can buy it for under 3,000 yen, which makes it easy to keep using. It lathers up with just a little, so it lasts a long time.
