Medicated Sekkisei focuses on plant-derived ingredients used in Oriental medicine. With a refreshing feel, it provides fresh moisture even to skin exposed to UV rays. It prevents redness, roughness, and dryness caused by sunburn and snowburn, and leads to highly transparent skin that makes makeup look great. Contains Job's Tears (Coix lacryma-jobi) extract (moisturizing), Angelica acutiloba extract (moisturizing), and Melothria (Sunflower) extract. The big size allows you to use it generously on your neck as well.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
