Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since it doubles as a lip remover, I wasn't expecting much from it for removing eye makeup, but it was surprisingly easy to remove. It didn't irritate my skin or lips, and it was gentle to use. It has almost no scent, so it's suitable for everyone. Plus, the container is so cute that just having it there makes me excited. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
I love Paul & Joe's primers and lipsticks, so I wanted to try their other products, so I bought this. They don't sting your eyes and are gentle on the skin. The containers are really cute.
As the description says, it's creamy, with a milky white, thick consistency. It's like a light lotion or gel, and sometimes it just slides off before it soaks into the cotton pad. It also removes makeup well. It stings a little in the eyes, but once you get used to using it, it shouldn't be a problem. However, it's a bit pricey for the amount, so if I don't start to feel like I need this, I probably won't buy it again. Also, I assumed it was a glass bottle, but it's actually plastic. The packaging is so cute, I'll be happy to have it on my bathroom counter.
It has a milky texture so it doesn't make your skin feel tight!
