Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the refreshing scent and the refreshing feeling. It feels firm on the skin and seems to keep the moisture for a long time.
It spreads well and is easy to apply. It's great as a primer before applying lipstick and to prevent dry lips.
I bought it purely for the packaging, but it was also very moisturizing. It's in balm form, so it's a bit inconvenient to have to remove it with your fingers, but I apply it before going to bed at night, so I apply any residue on my hands to my cuticles and other areas.
It comes in a cute tin and is very soothing. It's heavy and sticky, and when you apply it, it cools you down. I keep it by my pillow and put it on before going to bed. It lasts until morning and doesn't dry out my lips, so it's great. It's a pain to apply with my fingers, so I'll wait until I've used it up before repurchasing.
The texture is soft and easy to apply with the silicone tip. I heard it had a strong menthol flavor, so I bought it, but it was a little stronger than I expected. I like strong menthol, so it wasn't enough for me. The moisturizing power is not enough if your lips are very dry or rough, but it stays on well even when you wake up in the morning, so if your lips are not particularly dry, it is enough moisturizing power to use before bed. It is expensive for a lip care product, but it is reasonably priced for a department store brand, so it makes a good gift and is easy to buy again.
