Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I prefer eyeshadow tips. This one is expensive, but it's very soft and the handle is easy to grip and use. I like white or skin-toned tips because it's easy to see how much I've taken and I want to remove dirt properly, but I end up using a lot of black tips...I'd like to continue trying out different white tips.
I get all my makeup tools from Porjo and they're so cute!!! The tips are so fluffy and I can apply my makeup without any strain.
The handle is long and easy to use! I think the tip type is the best for getting the most pigmented eyeshadow!
I was looking for a tip with a longer handle and found this one when I bought it. Most tips have short handles, and it's rare to find one with a longer handle like this, so I'm very grateful. The tip is also soft and easy to use. I use it when applying glitter eyeshadow. It's so cute, it really lifts my spirits.
