Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.

Even though the humidity and temperature are high, my hands have suddenly become dry since September. I discovered Paul & Joe also had a hand cream, and after checking the scent, I immediately put it in my basket. It's non-sticky, absorbs quickly, and feels just right! It might not be enough for those with dry, flaky skin, but the texture is just right for those who don't like heavy creams. It looks like it would be easy to use year-round. Above all, the scent and packaging are exactly what I like. The lid has a unique, bumpy design. Simple yet with a touch of attention to detail, as you'd expect from Paul & Joe. The scent is incredibly pleasant, with a light citrus scent, but also floral and botanical notes. I love citrus, but I don't like overpowering scents. Both floral and botanical scents are hard to choose, so this is the perfect combination. The size is small, easy to carry, and easy to use up, which is great. Thank goodness I happened to notice it. Apparently there's a limited-edition Christmas hand cream, so I'm interested in that too.
The scent is like jasmine and I really like it! It's not sticky when you apply it, but it does moisturize, so I recommended it to my mother. It has a similar scent to Porjo's primer.
