Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've only been using it for a month. The thing I want to say most is that the shape of the bottle is fantastic. Just turn it upside down and it dispenses quickly. I love that I don't have to shake it multiple times!! On the other hand, if I shake it like usual, too much comes out (lol). I'm still not at the stage where I can really comment on the effect of the lotion, but I feel like it has lessened the feeling of inner dryness. Also, the scent is somehow very natural (lol).
It's a yellow, runny lotion. Because it's runny, it's refreshing to use, but it also deeply moisturizes. The scent is quite unique, and at first I thought, "Huh???" but once you get used to it, it's surprisingly soothing. It's gentle on the skin and doesn't feel too harsh, but it's a lotion you can use with confidence.
I received a gift and used up the whole bottle. It penetrated and moisturized well without causing any irritation, which was great.
It's a light lotion, so I applied it three times in a row. The scent is unique and I don't like it, but I don't dislike it either. I used up the whole bottle without any problems, but I won't be repurchasing it.
