Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

If you find that pitch black mascara is too heavy, and brown is stylish but looks blurry, then this is the perfect color for you! To me, it feels almost black. It's a very elegant black with a sense of openness! I love it! It doesn't clump, and it doesn't smudge even if you tear up in the cold. I use a remover when cleansing, so it comes off completely. No complaints, I'll definitely buy it again!

I've been using this for over 10 years! It separates my hair beautifully without clumping, right down to the ends, and makes it thick and long! I can't use anything else. I'll continue to buy this DUP separate type from now on ^_^ And another great thing about it is that it can be removed with warm water! It comes off with warm water, but doesn't get smudged during the day. I absolutely love this product!
