How to Work It Into Your Routine
After washing your face and applying lotion, take an amount about the size of the first joint of your thumb (approximately 3.5g) onto the included spatula, place it on five points on your face (forehead, both cheeks, nose, and chin), and spread it over your entire face until your fingers glide smoothly. Gently massage from the center of your face outwards for about 3 minutes. After massaging, gently wipe it off with a tissue. <precautions for="" use=""> Always keep the included spatula clean.
