How to use
Pump 3-4 times onto a cotton pad and wipe away makeup. Repeat with a new cotton pad until no makeup remains. (No need to rinse.) *Can also be used in place of morning face wash. Some of the ingredients may settle, but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is a little strong, but it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and smooth. I only use it as a face wash in the morning, not to remove makeup, so I can't say if it removes makeup well.
It was good that it came in a large quantity for the price, but the scent was quite strong. It gently removes slightly crayon-like makeup.
Just pump 2-3 times onto a cotton pad and it comes off easily. It's easy to remove, and the scent is the best part. It's soothing. It leaves your skin feeling refreshed and not sticky after use. It also removes dead skin cells. I use it in place of my morning face wash. I've tried a lot of water cleansers, but this one is reasonably priced and feels great to use, so I'll definitely be buying it again.
I used to buy Bifesta many times, but I haven't used it recently because I thought the friction of the cotton pad might not be good. Now that winter is here and I don't want to be cold in the bathroom, I bought this one for the first time in a while, but unfortunately, it doesn't remove makeup well. The cheaper Bifesta, which costs around 900 yen (the refill is even more), removes makeup better. I thought these products remove makeup using the oils they contain, and this one does seem to be more refreshing. I've only ever used Bifesta and the famous Bioderma, so I assumed they would remove makeup at about the same rate, but I'm not sure. It leaves my face feeling refreshed and clean after use, but foundation remains. I wonder if it's good for removing makeup when I'm feeling incredibly tired, or for washing my face in the morning? The scent is also a bit masculine, like something you'd find at your dad's barber shop. I like the simple, clean look, though. I'll give it a try for now.
