How To Use

: Dissolve one tablet completely in the bath water (150-200 L) before bathing. If you bring the effervescent tablet close to your face, you may occasionally cough. The effect lasts even after the bubbles disappear, as the carbon dioxide gas remains dissolved in the water. For best results, bathe within two hours of dissolving the tablet. I bought this because I thought it would be perfect after a HIIT workout. The scent felt a little weaker than the other products in the Medicure series. Personally, I find the Medicure Hogu Kei Sukkiri more effective at relieving muscle fatigue and the scent is more beneficial to the body.
