What it is
A multi-colored stick that can be applied freely to the eyes and lips, and blended for fun.
Ingredients

How to use
When using around the eyes: Draw along the edge of your eyelid. You can also blend it over the entire eyelid. When using on the lips: Draw along the outline of your lips. You can also blend it over your entire lip and use it as a lip color. How to blend: Blending will become more difficult over time, so blend with your finger immediately after drawing. If the surface of the tip dries out, it may become difficult to draw. Always tighten the cap firmly after use. If it becomes difficult to draw, sharpen it with the Visee Avant Pencil Sharpener (sold separately). If the cap is difficult to open, twist the body and cap together to open it more smoothly. If you experience dryness or flaking of the lips, refrain from use. After using on your lips, lightly wipe the tip with tissue paper before tightening the cap.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's rare to come across a color pencil with this lineup at this price, but Visee Avant's are my favorite. Right now I only have the yellow, but I'd like to eventually collect various colors and create makeup with vitamin colors for summer.

06 Psychedelic Purple, 07 Fireworks Dark Plum, 14 Midnight Dazzle Navy Blue. I bought all of these as eyeliners. I was looking for a replacement after my beloved Majolica pencil (Bordeaux) was discontinued, and I ended up buying this 07. The color is nice, but the pearlescent finish and ease of application are better than the above. Bordeaux and purple pencils are rare these days, so I hope they survive. Speaking personally, I'm surprised that 14 Navy doesn't suit me at all.
A YouTuber said she uses this product to add a healthy glow to the underside of her eyes, so I bought it to try it out. It's soft and easy to apply. Even if you try to apply it gently, the color comes out clearly. So, the YouTuber said that after applying it, you should blend it with a brush or cotton swab. I think that's what happens to me, but I think that people with fair skin really do look like they have a soft, beautiful glow.
