Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been buying this product over and over again. Since I'm raising a child and I only use sunscreen most of the time, the cleansing power is just right.
I bought this for days when I don't wear foundation. It's odorless and cleanses thoroughly. I think it has a strong cleansing power. I'm not sure if I should use it for cleansing, but I think it would be good for washing your face on days when you only wear sunscreen. However, it seems to be too irritating, so I won't be buying it again.
I used to use the other face wash that wasn't firming and radiant (yellow? cream?) and it was good but it ran out quickly and I felt it was not cost-effective, so I bought this one! This one lasts a long time and I wonder when it will run out? It lasts so long that it helps my household budget. It foams up nicely with just a small amount (I use a net), so it's a waste to use up a few centimeters! It doesn't dry out my skin, so this is definitely my everyday face wash!
I bought this for days when I only wear sunscreen and powder and light makeup. The foam is a bit thick and leaves my skin feeling refreshed after washing. It removes makeup well, so I plan to buy it again.
The texture is smooth and moisturizing, and it doesn't dry out even after bathing. It doesn't irritate my skin, probably because it contains isoflavones, so I've been buying it year after year. It's not particularly cheap, but it works better than it's worth, so if you haven't used it yet, it might be worth a try. I recommend it.
