How to use
Pump the dispenser twice into your dry palms, spread it over your entire face, and gently blend it into your makeup using a spiraling motion. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a sample. It's a smooth oil that's neither good nor bad, and it doesn't feel bad to use, but there's no particular reason why I have to use this one.
I bought the trial size because my skin was feeling rough at the time. It's a bit small, so be careful when using the 500-yen coin size as instructed. It doesn't dry out my skin after washing, and I think it's neither good nor bad. Maybe my impression will change if I use it during pollen season? It's available at a reasonable price at drugstores, so I think I'll buy it again if I have trouble finding a cleanser during pollen season.
I was curious, so I bought the trial size. I use it in combination with the d program face wash. It removes waterproof mascara and heavy makeup cleanly. It didn't irritate my skin.
I'm so grateful for the trial size! I forgot to bring makeup remover while traveling, so I quickly bought this at a drugstore. The trial size is large enough that I can use it several times after returning from my trip. It removes basic makeup like foundation and eyeliner with ease! My skin doesn't feel tight after washing, and it feels softer. There's no need to double cleanse after cleansing. Because it's a d program, I feel safe using it even when my skin is irritated!! I like the cleanser I'm currently using, so I won't be repurchasing it for now, but I'd like to repurchase the trial size when I travel, want a smaller size, or when my skin is in poor condition!
Even heavy eye makeup comes off smoothly without rubbing! Since it removes makeup without rubbing, it doesn't put a strain on the skin. After washing, my skin doesn't feel too tight. It leaves my skin moisturized and I feel like my makeup has been thoroughly removed. The redness and heat that my skin gets after a bath has been significantly reduced. It seems to suit my skin, but the price is high for the amount, so I'm considering buying it again.
