How to use
Take about 1cm of the product in the palm of your hand, add a small amount of water or lukewarm water, and create a good lather. Wash your face, enveloping it in the lather, then rinse thoroughly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use Credo face wash, but it's expensive, so I bought this. It doesn't beat Credo, but it does cleanse my skin. I won't be buying it again though.
The skincare products I had been using suddenly stopped working for my skin, so I started looking for products for sensitive skin. I found this mini size and gave it a try. A small amount creates a fluffy lather that gently cleanses my skin. I've been using it without any issues so far. I haven't been getting samples much lately, so the mini size is very helpful because I don't have to suddenly buy the full size when my skin gets rough.
It's a little expensive, but it lathers up so well, I love it
I received this from Suzykirei! It creates a really great lather with just a small amount, so it's great value for money. It feels refreshing when you use it, but it doesn't leave your skin feeling tight after washing, and it leaves your skin feeling soft and supple. I don't feel it much when washing my face, but I think it's a product that can be used in any season. I'll buy it again.
I bought this because it was recommended as a talisman for rough skin. I haven't had any irritation after using it! It's definitely going to be one of my go-to skincare products!
