Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I saw results after about three days of use, and the wrinkles under my eyes are gone! In my case, my wrinkles weren't deep yet, so I think it was effective in just three days! I feel like my nasolabial folds have become a little lighter, so I plan to continue using it!

This product is amazing, and justifies its price. I was very concerned about the fine lines around my eyes, but after applying it diligently every night for about a month, they really stopped bothering me. My eyes definitely look plumper. I've been using other retinol products up until now, so I didn't feel any irritation when using this one. It's expensive at over 10,000 yen, so I gave it 6 stars, but I plan to keep using it. I think IPSA's expensive cream is the real deal.
