How to use
Wet the soap and create a lather using a wet towel, sponge, or your hands. Use the lather to wash your face, enveloping it in a cushion shape, then rinse thoroughly. Wipe with a soft towel, pressing gently without rubbing.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

Other soaps left a slight tingling sensation on the areas of the heat rash, so I decided to try this soap. I've only been using it for a few days, but there's been zero tingling. Soaps for sensitive or dry skin tend to feel slimy even after rinsing, so I was always worried about how much to rinse off. This soap doesn't leave a slimy feeling at all. It's so stress-free! The only downside is that I feel uneasy if I don't apply cream immediately after bathing. Other than that, I have no complaints, so I think I'll be buying it again.

It gently cleanses while maintaining essential moisture, supporting the barrier function of the stratum corneum. Suitable for children. It has a subtle, refreshing scent. It lathers well with just a small amount, creating a fine, delicate lather that's gentle enough for dry, sensitive skin. After rinsing, it leaves skin feeling refreshed while maintaining essential moisture. While it doesn't leave skin feeling "moisturized," it does leave a refreshing, moisturizing feeling. For me, it seems fine for my body during the winter, but I'm a little concerned about its moisturizing power on my face, so I'll use it outside of winter.
I've been buying this soap over and over since last year. I think it's great for dry and sensitive skin. At least, it suited me perfectly. I've always loved trying out different body washes and soaps, and even though I've tried many with good reviews, they always left me with constant itching or flaky shins. This soap is from La Roche-Posay, and 150 grams would be quite a lot. That's how I bought it. The scent is faintly floral, perhaps. The foam is very fluffy and doesn't go flat, so I lather it up first and then rub it over areas I can reach, like my arms and legs. It thoroughly removes dirt, but it leaves a moist, soft finish and leaves my skin smooth. I mistakenly thought it was a body soap, but it seems to be good for the face too! I've used it on my face and it's effective against acne and other bumps. It's gentle enough to use when my skin is irritated. The foam disappears quickly and it's great to use! However, this soap is a bit pricey. And it's gone up again. But because it doesn't dissolve easily, I think I'll continue to use it. I no longer have to go to the doctor for body itching. Recently, I've also been using Medimix soap, which is cheaper but dissolves easily, so I'll switch to using it depending on my skin's condition. Finally, here's a recommended usage method: Lather up the La Roche-Posay soap and gently massage it into your body. Use a towel for your back, etc. After rinsing, while your body is still wet, apply a generous amount of Nuxe oil to your body. Applying a little to your face at the same time will leave your skin feeling soft. Pat your body dry with a towel. If you want to prevent skin problems in your sensitive areas, applying the oil thinly can make a big difference. While I ended up recommending Nuxe later, this method is a simple way to prevent dry, itchy skin. It's a 150-gram soap, so it might be a good idea to cut it in half before using. First-time buyers may be surprised to find that the soap is not wrapped in plastic or anything else and is simply placed in the box. But it's eco-friendly!
