How to use
Step 1: Pre-wash with lukewarm water before applying the shampoo. Lightly remove dirt, dust, styling products, etc. from your hair and scalp, and thoroughly wet your hair to prevent friction between strands. Step 2: Take an amount about the size of a 500 yen coin* in your hand, spread it in your palm, and lather lightly, then spread it over your entire hair. Use the pads of your fingers to incorporate air into the lather, then gently envelop your hair as you wash. It is important to lather generously to prevent friction on your hair, which can cause damage. With a focus on the lifting effect, shampoo while massaging in zigzag motions, lifting your scalp. Massage with your fingers in circular and zigzag motions. *Adjust the amount according to the level of dirt, length, and volume of your hair. If any shampoo remains, it can cause dandruff and itching, so avoid shampooing.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use the treatment twice a week. It doesn't have any effect on my wavy hair, so I regret not getting the 35. The aroma makes me feel good!
I bought a sample size and am trying out which one is best for my hair type. After rinsing, my hair doesn't get tangled or rough, and it smells nice. La Casta has a wide variety of products, so being able to try the sample size before purchasing the full size is very convenient, especially since there aren't any stores nearby.
I bought this for curly hair to reduce the volume, but to be honest I'm not sure about the volume-reducing effect. The scent is really nice, a woody aroma. I think a lot of people like it. it's soothing. I've also used it on my toddler daughter and there have been no problems. The foaming is. not great, I guess. It's a little pricey for the small bottle, but the pouch refill is a little cheaper. A was a better deal than the store. I wish it had a bit more of a calming effect on my hair, but it doesn't cause any scalp problems and I like the scent so I'll buy it again. Please note that you need a special bottle to refill the pouch
It has a wonderful scent and is soothing. It's moisturizing and makes my hair easier to manage. I love using this product because I have curly hair that tends to get frizzy, but the texture is quite heavy, so I often use it in the winter. It's great for combating dryness and brittleness. 1. Reason for purchasing this product: Suzykirei is offering a 20% cashback campaign, and I usually use LaCasta, but I wanted to try a different number, so I chose number 11 for the first time. 2. Instructions: Shampoo: Wash your hair as usual. You don't need too much, but it lathers easily. For the treatment, don't apply it to your scalp. After blending, use a coarse comb and blend it in, then rinse your body. 3. Usability (texture, color, etc.): The scent is herbal, perhaps more herbal than medicinal. The treatment is a little heavy. 4. Recommended points: It leaves your hair feeling moisturized and smooth! However, I found that it was too settling after using it, making the part at the back of my head more noticeable, so I now use number 21, a fluffy shampoo, and number 11 treatment. Using number 11 for both may make it more prone to flattening for those with thin or thin hair.
