Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using a different shampoo for a long time, but it suddenly stopped working on my scalp and I started to get itchy, so I looked up this one and it said it was hypoallergenic, so I bought it. It smells good, it makes my hair smooth, and it doesn't itch my scalp, so it's great!
This shampoo lathers well and is easy to use. It has an apple and peony scent, which is really nice. It has a sweet floral scent and is not too strong, so I think it will appeal to everyone. It is especially recommended for those who want to reduce the number of bottles in the bathroom by using it with their children.
My 18-month-old daughter's hair gets tangled when she uses only shampoo, so I use this. I use just a small amount on the ends of her hair. It smells nice and makes it easy to run your fingers through. It contains a lot, so it's good value for money. A small amount is enough for my daughter's thin, curly hair.
I really love the scent. I want to get this perfume. However, it didn't work for my dry, unhealthy adult hair (tears). I think it's great for healthy hair and for children.
Since I have thin hair, if it's too moist it becomes flat, and if it's too refreshing it becomes dry, so I've become quite a shampoo gypsy. When I had long hair, I loved Eight The Thalasso, but when I cut my hair short and thought about finding a more affordable shampoo, I came across this shampoo. It's not that there's anything particularly good about it, but it's somewhere between moist and refreshing, and I think it suits my thin, fine hair. I'll keep using it.
