Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a shampoo and I bought this one because it was cheap and had a cute bottle. It may have been due to the condition of my hair that day, but sometimes it made my hair smooth and sometimes it didn't. The scent was nice and it didn't cause any itching.
I wanted to try a different shampoo, so I tried this affordable one. The scent is simply amazing! It's the kind of scent you'd expect to hear from a beautiful woman, lol. The wash was also very light and pleasant. Other than that, it was average, for better or worse, but I liked the affordable price and the happy scent, so I've repurchased it.
I was just about to run out of shampoo, so I bought the trial size when I ordered online. It has a very feminine scent... I changed my hair color, and moisturizing products have felt heavy, so I thought the lighter, smoother product was good.
The scent is soothing even while washing. (It's also pleasant to use, but I'm not sure if it lasts until the next day.)
