Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A cream with a slightly firm balm-like texture that contains ingredients that act as a skin barrier. Warm it in your palms before use to make it easier to spread. Even a small amount will thoroughly moisturize and leave your skin smooth. It comes with a special spatula for hygiene.
I've used other Medicol products before and remember them being very good, so I bought this one. It's great that it's a product made entirely in Japan that's been thoroughly researched. There are two types to choose from depending on the level and type of sensitive skin. This II is quite specialized for moisturizing and sensitive skin. It can be difficult to find a good match with creams, but I'm really happy with this one and it works without any problems.

I tried using this product line, and the cream may be the most important! I got the impression that it didn't dry out the whole thing. I haven't been using the whole line recently, but I think it's definitely more effective to use it as a set than to use it individually.
I'm a male user and I bought this again. It's an item I can't live without. It's perfect for moisturizing the area around the eyes.
It is not only gentle on the skin, but I also regularly go glycerin-free and have tried various oils and creams, but no matter what I tried, my skin got dry. This cream is the only one that saved my skin from dryness. I have to warm it up in my palms to soften it before using, which is a bit of a hassle, but I think it is a very good cream.
