What it is

How to use
Pump 2-3 pumps of the dispenser into the palm of your hand and gently wash your face, enveloping your skin. Then rinse thoroughly. For stubborn makeup, apply when both your hands and face are dry.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't leave my face feeling tight after washing, and I'm very grateful that it serves two purposes! If there's too much water, the foam disappears, so I try not to wet my hands or face too much when using it. My skin is sensitive to certain products, but I've been buying this product for years.
I usually use Shiseido's face wash, but I bought the foam type for when I don't want to bother with lathering. The foam is firm and easy to wash with.
It's easy to use because it comes out as a foam, but it doesn't remove makeup very well. The texture is good.
I ran out of my usual cleanser so I thought I'd try something else and Shiseido seemed like a good choice, so I bought it. It says double cleansing isn't necessary, but I still wash my face because I'm concerned about it. I didn't notice any particularly outstanding benefits, but it wasn't bad either.
