Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The Vitamin C from the same series was more effective on pores. I think I'll buy the Vitamin C next time.
I use this as the first step in my winter skincare routine. I'm happy with the price, which allows me to use it every morning and night without any hesitation. Some face masks can be stinging, but this one doesn't. The sheet mask is also warm enough. It claims to have six functions, but I don't rely on that and I don't skip my post-mask skincare routine. It's sufficient for my purposes. I plan to buy it again.
I forgot to use it when I first bought it, but as the weather gets warmer, I now use it at night when it tends to get drier, or in the morning when I have time. It takes about 10 minutes, and the pack also adheres to the eyes, so it starts slowly and relaxed. After the pack, your skin is moisturized and shiny. It's a great value for the money, and it comes in a pack of 40, so it's perfect for using 2-3 times a week. Give it a try!
It might be a little heavy for me in the morning, but it's great for moisturizing at night! I've bought it several times.
It's good value for money, so it's fine for everyday use. The moisturizing power is average to a little weak, and while the mask itself is well-made, it tends to float, which can be stressful. As everyone else has said, if you place the bag horizontally and use the bottom pack first, it's better, but since the amount of liquid is small, the mask tends to dry out by the time you remove it. I can see the company's efforts. I'll consider repurchasing it when I'm short on cash.
