Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Next time I'll go for the next shade darker. It ended up being too light, but I also use powder, so it was fine. I want to buy another one and mix them together! It's worth the price!
As advertised, it has great coverage and is comfortable to use.
The concealer had such high coverage that I was curious about this one too, so I bought it! I was a little bothered by the smell, but the coverage was as good as I expected and it neatly covered the areas I wanted to hide! My skin has become a little dry and the coverage has become less effective, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it in the coming season.
