How to use
This is an environmentally friendly and economical refill. Please be sure to refill into a Chifure Washable Cold Cream N container. 1. Thoroughly wash the inside of the Chifure Washable Cold Cream N (300g) container and cap with hot water (avoid boiling water) and dry thoroughly. 2. Cut off the tip of the spout along the dotted line. (Please note that if you hold the pouch too tightly, the contents may splash out.) 3. Hold the sides and bottom of the bag and gently push the contents into the container. 4. After refilling, record the manufacturing code on the bottom or cut it out and keep it. You may need it if you have any questions about the product.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's large-capacity and gentle on the skin, so I've been using it without any problems. It also doubles as a massage cream, so I use it when my skin feels rough due to the cold weather or when I want to exfoliate. I'd like to buy it again.
I've repurchased this product so many times I can't even count! I love how it removes waterproof mascara and other makeup perfectly when I rub it into my skin until it becomes transparent!
It's a rather thick cream. Hmm, I couldn't figure out when it would suddenly become lighter. I thought about using it when I didn't want to get my face wet, but I couldn't wipe it off, so I ended up having to sink it. But it did remove dirt and leave my face moisturized, so it was fine overall.
It's hard to remove eye makeup and concealer, but it does remove light makeup, such as sunscreen and eyebrow makeup, on days when I only wear it.
I keep buying this. It's so gentle on the skin. I have thin, sensitive skin, and this cream doesn't make my face feel tight after cleansing, nor does it cause any irritation or rashes. It's so gentle, I highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin. It's easy to use even when my skin isn't in great condition. It still removes makeup thoroughly. However, I have to use the balm to make up for heavy makeup, like large glitter particles, heavy-setting mascara, or high-coverage foundations with a lot of silicone, which don't come off completely in one wash. It takes a while to emulsify if I use a lot, but mixing a little cleansing balm or oil makes it emulsify quickly. It also doubles as a massage cream, leaving my skin one tone brighter after cleansing. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'm grateful I can use it generously without hesitation. I hope it continues to be a gentle cream with the same ingredients.
