Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was a gift from Suzykirei! I have a constant lotion that I use, so it took some courage to try it... but I think it's best to give your skin plenty of moisture, so I use it as a cotton pack when I'm worried about dryness!! It's not sticky, it's smooth, and it's quite comfortable to use. However, as someone who loves unscented lotions, the smell bothers me a little! But it doesn't cause any skin problems, and it's convenient because you can dispense it with a push! I find it very useful.
I like that it's smooth. It's expensive. I bought it because it was recommended to me as being good for dark pores, but I don't know if it's effective.

I won a giveaway on Suzykirei and am using this product. I usually use Curel's whitening lotion, and when I use a toner for the first time, I sometimes feel a stinging sensation depending on my physical condition and the ingredients, but I had no problems with this one. I like the scent, and the texture is light, but even a small amount penetrates the skin well, so it's very pleasant to use! They recommend using 3-4 pumps on a cotton pad, but even just 2 pumps on the palm of my hand feels moisturizing. The bottle is a convenient pump type, so I'll use up one bottle and then consider whether to buy it again!

I also felt that the serum and cream I applied afterwards absorbed better when I applied it thoroughly. I also liked the scent, which was a big plus for me. I didn't notice much effect on firmness or anything, but my skin didn't irritate or stay in good condition while I was using it, so I think it suited me. It had a soothing feel.
