What it is
This two-layer formula of water and oil gently removes eye makeup. The oil phase (oil-like layer) removes oily and waterproof eye makeup, while the water phase (liquid layer) gently cleanses away water-soluble ingredients, leaving a cleansing finish without the sticky, cakey feeling typical of oils. High-quality biodynamic sunflower seed extract and sesame seed oil cleanse while preserving the sebum film that protects the stratum corneum, leaving the eye area and skin moisturized even after cleansing. Formulated with Damask rose water and several botanical ingredients, this formula moisturizes and conditions eyelashes and eyebrows. The combination of eyebright and fennel gently conditions and cares for the sensitive and delicate skin around the eyes. It thoroughly removes waterproof eye makeup, which would be difficult to achieve without the use of synthetic surfactants, while caring for your skin. Suitable for all skin types, this cleanser can be used to cleanse not only Dr. Hauschka makeup products but also waterproof eye makeup. The beautiful pink and yellow two-layered formula is made entirely from natural ingredients without the use of synthetic colorants. Dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested (in Germany).
Ingredients
Water, Sesame Seed Oil, Glycerin, Ethanol (Wheat-derived), Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sodium Chloride, Sulfated Castor Oil, Fennel Seed Extract, Eyebright Extract, Fragrance, Wheat Bran Extract, Sodium Citrate, Xanthan Gum
How to use
Shake the container before use to mix the oil and water phases thoroughly. Soak a cotton pad in eye makeup remover and gently wipe away eye makeup, working from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner. For heavy makeup, hold the cotton pad over your eye makeup for a while before wiping. After removing eye makeup, remove any remaining makeup. (Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Milk → Cleansing Cream)

It's expensive, but it's gentle on the eyes and doesn't sting, so I keep using it. It removed all the eyeshadows I own (Kikka, Amplitude, RMK, NYX, IPSA, Dr. Hauschka) with no trouble. Frarosso was a little harder to remove. Rather than being a quick and easy remover, it takes time to soak in. I usually use eyeshadow that comes off with soap, but occasionally I need to cleanse, so this was just the right remover for me.
I had a hard time finding a perfect point makeup remover, but then I found one from Hauschka Sensei, a brand I've loved for a long time, so I gave it a try. The two-layered liquid, pale pink and orange, is shaken before use. I like that it's watery and easy to use, without the oily feeling that's common in two-layered makeup removers, but it uses up quite a bit of it when you soak a cotton pad, and the removal power is only so-so considering how gentle it is on the skin. It might be difficult to use on heavy waterproof makeup. And even though Hauschka is gentle on the skin, the in-line product stings a bit. It's not bad, but considering the price in Japan, it's not great value for money, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.

This is a two-layer eye makeup remover that you shake and then soak a cotton pad in. Because it's natural, I bought it because I have sensitive eyes. It doesn't sting and removes waterproof mascara well, so it's great. However, it's a bit more expensive than other eye makeup removers, so I gave it a 5.
