What it is

How to use
Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a cherry) into your dry palm and massage it all over your face. *Make sure to massage it in especially carefully in areas where you are concerned about blackheads or roughness. After leaving it on for 30 seconds to 1 minute, rinse with plenty of water or lukewarm water to easily remove makeup and dirt from pores. For stubborn point makeup such as waterproof mascara, use Softymo Lachesca Eye Makeup Remover.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The gel hardens a little in the cold season, so I'm a little worried about whether it will irritate my skin, but I think it will gradually dissolve with body heat and remove my makeup cleanly. The refreshing orange scent is very relaxing.
This is the first time I've bought a hot gel cleanser, so. It may not spread well at first. I think if you leave the shower running and use the steam to massage it in, it will spread better right away. When I get home late from work and don't feel like it's a pain to cleanse and then wash my face, it's great that I can get by with just this one bottle.
When I took it out of the tube it felt soft, but when I put it on my skin it was hard and didn't spread well. What's good about it is that it leaves your skin feeling moisturized after washing and doesn't sting your eyes.
I was looking for a cheap hot cleansing gel and found this at a drugstore, so I bought it. It's a pretty hard gel, so it's hard to get out of the tube and takes a while to absorb, but once it does, it comes off properly and it's quite warm and feels good, so I use it while massaging. (I wear heavy makeup. ) It doesn't seem to require washing my face, but I like to wash it off thoroughly after cleansing, so I wash my face separately. I haven't had any problems so far, but it gets quite warm, so if you have sensitive skin, it may sting, so be careful.
I was looking for a warming cleanser and bought this. It does remove some of the makeup, but I wanted it to be a little warmer.
