What it is
This non-foaming massage face wash serves four purposes: cleansing, washing, massaging, and pore packing. Palm oil ingredients lift impurities, while binchotan charcoal and mud ingredients absorb impurities from pores, and soap ingredients suitable for sensitive skin envelop them. How to use
Take an amount about the size of a 500 yen coin into the palm of your hand and spread it over your face. Gently massage in, and if it becomes difficult to slide your fingers over, add a few drops of water and enjoy the massage while listening to your skin's voice. After that, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. There is no need for double cleansing. If you use it in the bath, we recommend massaging from your neck to your décolleté. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The reviews are too good to be true. Black cleansers are popular, but I don't understand the point of coloring them. They make the bathroom, bath, and other places dirty. They don't spread very well, so you need a lot. They remove makeup without drying out, but they're kind of slimy and not very refreshing, so I end up washing my face with them.

I bought it with some skepticism. In conclusion, it leaves my skin incredibly moisturized and smooth. Because it has such high moisturizing power, it feels slippery when you rinse it off, but after washing your face, your skin feels smooth and moisturized. It feels like it's full of moisture. My pores are gone, and my nose is so smooth! Best of all, it's convenient because you don't need to wash your face twice, and you can use it in the bath...(´`＊) It's the best! I wish I had bought it sooner. It's a little pricey, but I'll definitely buy it again!
It's charcoal-colored... I was surprised by the color when I first started using it, but it's very comfortable to use. I don't need to double cleanse, and I wonder if it's the effect of the charcoal? I feel like my skin is brighter and less shiny, perhaps because it removes blackheads from my pores. However, the scent is a bit peculiar, reminiscent of lavender and herbs. Once you get used to it, it's usable, but I'm not a fan. It's difficult to buy because there are no stores to buy it in... You have to order online, so it's disappointing when it suddenly runs out. I'd like to use it again, but I won't be buying it again for now.
