STEP 1. Wipe away oil from your eyelids. Wipe your eyelids with a cotton ball or similar. Any remaining makeup or sebum will cause the makeup to smudge. STEP 2. Determine the double eyelid line. Close your eyes, place the included pusher on your eyelid, and open your eyes to find the desired line. Aim for 4-6mm above the lash line. STEP 3. Apply Eye Talk. Apply a thin layer of liquid across the desired finish line, straddling both the top and bottom. Spread evenly to avoid unevenness. Close your eyes and wait until the liquid is semi-dry. STEP 4. Apply the adhesive. Press the center of the double eyelid line with the Y-shaped end of the pusher and slowly open your eyes. Hold this position for a moment, then pull it out toward the outer corner of your eye, taking care not to disrupt the line. STEP 5. Adjust the line. Use the I-shaped end of the pusher to fold the double eyelid line deeply to even out any looseness. *To remove, wash twice with facial cleanser. Be careful not to forcefully remove with your fingernails or fingers. When making corrections, soak a cotton ball in commercially available eye makeup remover (containing ethanol) and gently wipe the makeup off.
