What it is
A makeup remover with a smooth and soft oil that quickly blends into foundation that adheres to the skin's texture and thoroughly removes dirt from deep within pores. It leaves skin after applying makeup feeling refreshed and allows the skin texture to rest. After spreading it over the entire face and blending it into the makeup and dirt, rinse with water or lukewarm water. It thoroughly removes makeup, yet leaves a smooth finish and can be used even with wet hands. Allergy tested-. This does not mean that all people will not have an allergic reaction. .

How to use
Pump three pumps of the dispenser (approximately 3mL) into the palm of your hand or onto a cotton pad, and blend thoroughly with makeup and dirt. Then rinse with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the foaming of IPSA's facial cleanser, Cleansing Moisture Foam, so I've bought it again and again. I've only ever used Shu Uemura cleansers, so I've never used IPSA's cleansers. However, I thought it might be more effective to use them as a pair, so I started using them. They're smooth and easy to spread on the skin, and they remove makeup well. I don't notice any roughness on my skin, and I don't feel any dryness. I think using them as a pair is better, so I'll continue to use them, but I'm not as impressed as I am with the Moisture Foam face wash. Washing your face with Moisture Foam feels really good, and it lives up to the catchphrase, "Refining the skin's texture"!
Used the sample twice. Smooth oil with a natural lavender scent. Can be used with wet hands. Eyeliner and mascara come off with hot water, but other than that, my makeup was a little heavy, but it came off cleanly. After rinsing, it was refreshing and not sticky, but also moisturizing, which I really like. It's a good, stable cleanser with no downsides. For a department store product that costs 3,300 yen and has this quality, it's very cost-effective.
It's very attractive that you can use it with wet hands. Mascara is hard to remove, and you end up using a lot of it (you can use remover), so I don't think it's very cost-effective. It's an oil, but it doesn't make your skin feel tight after use.
