I wanted to use this at night because I apply heel care products, but the instructions said to use it so that it touches the skin directly. My heels are very rough, so wearing this without anything else on them didn't make them smooth. I think it would be good for people with moderately rough heels. I'll wear it during the day (although I'll only be using it on certain days).

I used it before going to bed, thinking that just wearing it would make my heels look beautiful. The next morning, I was surprised to see that my heels were so smooth! There are many different types available, so I'm thinking of buying other products as well.

Even without applying cream, I could wear them after a bath and they didn't dry out even after I took them off.

A beauty blogger recommended these and I was intrigued, so I bought them. I only use them twice a week when I work from home. That alone wasn't enough to deal with my stubborn, worn-out heels. Wearing them over cream temporarily reduces the roughness a little. It's probably the cream's effect, but they seem to penetrate better than socks because they hold the foot more firmly.
