Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wanted to use this at night because I apply heel care products, but the instructions said to use it so that it touches the skin directly. My heels are very rough, so wearing this without anything else on them didn't make them smooth. I think it would be good for people with moderately rough heels. I'll wear it during the day (although I'll only be using it on certain days).

I used it before going to bed, thinking that just wearing it would make my heels look beautiful. The next morning, I was surprised to see that my heels were so smooth! There are many different types available, so I'm thinking of buying other products as well.
Even without applying cream, I could wear them after a bath and they didn't dry out even after I took them off.
