What it is
A two-way iron that is easy to curl and gentle on hair. .32mm for a defined or loose, fluffy look, and a glossy straight look.

How to use
【Styling Method: Curl】. Close the barrel and set the switch to CURL. Wrap hair around the barrel. Hold for about 5 seconds per section, but this may vary depending on styling technique and hair type. Test to determine the optimal time. 【Styling Method: Straight】. Set the switch to STRAIGHT. The plates will open. Place a section of hair between the plates and glide the iron smoothly over the hair. Once the hair is clamped, slowly pull the iron straight down toward the ends. Avoid using too much hair at once (5-6cm width is ideal). Rather than holding it in one spot for too long, repeat the process several times on the same section, adjusting based on the curl's strength.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won this as a gift! I usually only use a straightening iron, but recently I've been wanting to curl my hair more firmly, so this was perfect for me. It's very light, and the temperature is easy to adjust, and I was happy that it can also be locked. It eliminates the frustration of always having to touch the button (lol). The iron heats up well, and it was easy to use for straightening! I was also happy that it emits negative ions and can be used overseas... I'm still not very good at curling my hair, so I'll practice and use it to the fullest!
I've been using Mods Hair curling irons for quite some time now. I was surprised at how much they've evolved!!! I tried using the iron on just the surface of my hair that was frizzy when I woke up in the morning, and it straightened out perfectly without any product. The straightening iron I used before would sometimes hurt when I pinched it and pulled it down, but this one glides smoothly so it didn't hurt at all. It can be used overseas and comes with a pouch, so I'm happy I can take it with me when I travel ☆
I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. I've been using it for about three months and it's very easy to use. The best thing about it is that it doesn't tangle when curling, and it has a smooth, silky feel, so my hair doesn't get tangled or caught and pulled out, so I've continued using it. It heats up in under a minute, which is very convenient. There are no drawbacks, and I think that anyone who normally uses a curling iron can use it in the same way. Thank you for the gift. The good thing about it is that you can adjust the temperature and it heats up in a short time. I thought it would be a good deal to have two ways to use it, but it's actually difficult to use, especially on the bangs and hairline... I think it was a bit of a failure. Also, sometimes static electricity occurs...
