How to use

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Although the reviews are surprisingly low, I love it and use it. I finished one bottle, refilled it, and am now on my second. I usually don't wear foundation, so I use olive oil soap when I do, and this soap on days when I do wear foundation. In either case, I make sure to lather it up well and avoid rubbing it directly onto my skin as much as possible. While there's no logic to the idea that only a lather can remove dirt, I don't want to irritate my skin. While many reviews claim it doesn't remove makeup, for me, it does remove foundation and mascara well. However, liquid eyeshadow and waterproof eyeliner sometimes remain, so I sometimes wash those areas twice just to be extra careful. In any case, if you carefully swirl the foam until it becomes creamy, it removes makeup well. Some people complain about a tingling sensation, but even though I have sensitive skin, it didn't bother me. I chose this one because I have oily skin, but I'm thinking of trying the more highly rated moisturizing version next time.
It's a makeup remover and foam face wash, but I don't really use it as a makeup remover. Because it's a foam type, the fluffy foam makes it easy to wash with, and it leaves your skin feeling refreshed after washing. It's great because it leaves your skin feeling smooth after washing! However, it doesn't remove makeup... It's better to use it as pore care! I didn't notice much irritation, but some people experience a stinging sensation, so I think it depends on the individual. I just started using it, so I'm thinking about repurchasing it.
