Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I buy this when my skin is prone to irritation or is in an unstable condition. It's not particularly moisturizing, but the soft herbal scent envelops me and I feel like I'm working hard all day long. This is my fourth repurchase, but the place I usually buy it from is shrinking, so I'm worried I'll run out.
It didn't really suit me, as I have extremely dry skin! It feels gentle on the skin, but it's not moisturizing enough. I didn't like Chant A Charm oil either, so maybe I just don't like this series. Is it because of the shape of the container? The lid is hard to remove, and when you try to remove it, it spins around, which can be a bit frustrating.
