Adaptive Cleaning Technology allows you to brush in a way that's right for you every time. The Premium Clean brush head's soft edges conform to the contours of your teeth and gums, absorbing excess brushing pressure and enhancing the effectiveness of Sonicare's sonic cleaning. The bristles conform perfectly to the shape of your teeth and gums, providing up to four times the surface area in contact with your teeth than a standard brush head, allowing you to reach even the hardest areas. Brush Head Recognition: The RFID-enabled microchip built into the brush head connects to the handle, automatically setting the optimal mode and intensity level simply by attaching the brush head to the handle (compatible with DiamondClean Smart and ProtectClean; mode and intensity can be customized). Sonic Water Flow: Approximately 31,000 vibrations per minute combined with a wide amplitude create a saliva-driven sonic water flow in the mouth, gently and thoroughly removing plaque. Brush Head Replacement Reminder: The brush head records the brushing time and pressure each time you brush, and a reminder light on the bottom of the handle will light up when it's time to replace the brush head. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
