What it is
A versatile foundation brush with a diagonal cut that allows for fine maneuverability. It can be used with all types of foundation, including liquid, cream, powder, and cushion, to create a perfect skin finish. The flat surface fits perfectly to the skin and gives an even foundation finish. Handmade by brush craftsmen using Kumano brush techniques. How to use
Take the foundation directly onto your hand or brush. Spread it evenly from the center of your face outwards, as if polishing your skin. On areas you want to cover, lightly pat it in to blend.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I feel like it helps make pores less noticeable when I apply foundation. I only need a smaller amount of foundation than with a puff.
I have several foundation brushes, but lately I've been using this one a lot. When I want to apply foundation over a large area in one go, I use a MAC brush, but when I want to apply it carefully with small pats, this one is easy to use and gives a beautiful finish. Lately, I've been loving the combination of Inwi liquid foundation and this brush the most. When I use this brush, I feel like the coverage of even light foundations (especially liquids) is better than when I use a sponge. What's more, by applying it from bottom to top on areas with pores, you can achieve a finish that won't smudge into your pores for a long time.
