Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the nighttime version, so I bought this one too! It's similar, and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after wiping it off, which is nice! It's a little lacking in moisture, but it's for morning use.
On cold mornings, when washing my face with cold water becomes too much of a bother, I'm thinking of using a wipe-off sheet, and this is the one I chose. Even if I think I've thoroughly cleansed my face, wiping with this sheet can sometimes remove things like eyeshadow glitter. For this reason, rather than wanting to skip washing my face, I try to use it about twice a week to prevent makeup from remaining. The great thing about it is that it leaves my skin moisturized after wiping. However, RAQUICK's "Just Wipe Facial Cleansing Water Sheet" is better value for money, so I've switched to that for now. Zuborabo's sheet is thicker. Another difference is that Zuborabo not only cleanses and moisturizes, but also clearly promotes "exfoliation," so for those who value the thickness and firmness of the sheet, I recommend Zuborabo!
I always use the regular type, but this was the first time I tried the moisturizing type. To be honest, there isn't much difference, but this one is more moisturizing, so it causes less friction, which is good. Zuborabo is quick to use and very useful. I plan to continue using it.
