What it is

How to use
Take about 1cm of the product in the palm of your hand, add a small amount of water or lukewarm water, lather well, and wash thoroughly over your face. Then rinse thoroughly.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it in the morning and at night. At night, I use it after cleansing cream. I like that the scent isn't too strong. When I lather it with a net, it creates a soft, bouncy foam. It's great because it doesn't remove too much oil, leaving my skin feeling tight. I recommend it for people with dry skin.
I tried the special size (15g) that came with the Ultimune set! It lathered well in the net, and it left my skin feeling moisturized and smooth after washing, which was great... However, I have one complaint: it has no scent, so it's not relaxing while washing! I don't want a face wash that doesn't have a nice scent and makes me feel happy after washing, so I'm sorry. So I'm holding off on purchasing it. Not only Ultimune, but the Eudermine that came with it also had a great scent and feel! The product itself was good, so I gave it a higher star!
Would you recommend this to someone with dry skin? I'm currently using my third bottle. I used to use d Pro's cleanser, but it was too refreshing for my dry skin, so I stopped using it. As a Shiseido fanatic, I did some research and found this cleanser. It's more moisturizing than d Pro, doesn't dry out my skin as quickly, and has a fine scrub. It also contains ingredients like these, so if you're choosing from the Shiseido brand, Mob Ojisan thinks this product is effective for dealing with dry skin pores. It lathers well and is moisturizing. The quantity lasts a long time, so if you use it morning and night, it will last about 2 to 3 months, but it is expensive, so I think it's a disadvantage for people who are concerned about money. Also, even if you are more concerned about clogged pores than dryness, you should keep in mind that you won't feel the effects immediately. My impression is that it is only for people who feel dryness when washing their face and who want to deal with pores as a secondary measure. Overall, I would recommend this product to people who want to deal with dryness (and secondarily with pores) when washing their face using Shiseido brands.
A small amount creates a good amount of foam, creating a bouncy, soft foam. It feels like it cleanses away sebum and other impurities, and it feels good. But it doesn't make my skin feel tight. It seems to have a strong cleansing power, so if you use it on sensitive skin before your period, it can sting and irritate your skin, so be careful. It's a little pricey, but you can use it for a long time, so I can forgive it. I also liked the scent, so it made me feel luxurious.
I love it so much that this is my fourth repurchase! It cleanses thoroughly without leaving my skin feeling tight and moisturized, and it's very comfortable to use. It's more expensive than the facial cleansers you buy at the drugstore, but it comes in a large quantity so I think it's not bad value for money!
