What it is
This cleanser gently removes stubborn makeup and pore impurities while maintaining skin moisture. It is a soft milk type that blends easily. No need for double cleansing for thorough removal.

How to use
Take an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) into dry hands. Gently massage the milk into your makeup, using circular movements from the inside to the outside of your face. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water, making sure to remove all makeup. Then, tone your skin with toner.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As I get older, my skin has become dry and somewhat inner-dry, and my skin condition has been particularly unstable recently. I searched and tried many different products, and finally found this one, which cleanses gently even on days when I wear makeup, and doesn't require double cleansing. It doesn't leave my skin feeling particularly refreshed, but I've always avoided using strong oil cleansers and other products, and I'm used to washing my face without stripping it of moisture, so so far, it's not bad, including the feel. I'll try using up the whole bottle and see if I want to buy it again.
I use a point makeup remover for my eye makeup, and this milk cleanser removed it thoroughly! It leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing (*^^*) and has a smooth texture. I'm also happy that it doesn't contain any unnecessary ingredients, so it's gentle on the skin!
I think this milk cleanser removes light makeup and is easy to use. It seems like it would be safe to use even on sensitive skin.
I'm currently searching for and trying out a few cleansers that I can use in the bath. I'm the type who double-cleanses even when the product says it doesn't, but for now, it seems to do a decent job of removing makeup. The texture is a bit firm, so it does feel like it's removing makeup, but it's a bit difficult to get it out because it's a push-type product.
