Bioderma Sensibio H2O from France is a cleansing water that does not require rinsing, and is designed for delicate skin. It does not irritate the skin, and just by lightly rubbing it in, it will properly blend into hard-to-remove makeup such as waterproof eye makeup. It not only removes makeup, but also balances the moisture in the stratum corneum, soothing and moisturizing the skin. Apply to dry skin. Apply a generous amount to a cotton pad (roughly the size of a 500 yen coin), blend thoroughly with eye makeup and foundation, then gently wipe off. No rinsing is required.
