Please use without wetting your hands or face. Apply generous amount to cotton pad, blend well with foundation and eye makeup, and gently wipe off without rubbing. When the cotton pad is no longer colored, cleansing is complete. You can proceed to the next step of your skin care without rinsing. (You can also use it after rinsing if you prefer.) It can also be used for morning face wash without rinsing.
