Bioderma Hydrabio H2O is a wipe-off cleansing water that thoroughly removes dirt while providing deep moisture. Hydrabio is a line for those whose skin's moisture retention has decreased due to seasonal changes and stress. How to use
Use without wetting your hands or face. Apply a generous amount to a cotton pad, blend thoroughly with your foundation and eye makeup, and gently wipe away without rubbing. When the cotton pad no longer retains any color, cleansing is complete. You can proceed to the next step in your skincare routine without rinsing. (You can also rinse it off if you prefer.) It can also be used as a leave-in face wash in the morning.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
