Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It cools down hot skin, so I often use it in the summer or after hair removal.
I applied it to the cracked, dry areas on my fingers in the winter and it improved my skin quality! I also applied it to the oily areas of my face and it calmed them down, so now I use it when my skin is particularly oily.
The packaging was so cute that I bought it. It doubles as a beauty serum, so I rub it on whenever my skin feels hot. If you leave it on for a bit after applying it, it leaves my skin smooth and my acne seems to have improved. I recommend using 55ml for the face and 250ml for the whole body.
