Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's neither good nor bad, but I'm a little concerned that it doesn't blend in very well and leaves a film on my skin. It's good in the summer, but in the winter it's drying out if used alone.
It cools down hot skin, so I often use it in the summer or after hair removal.
The packaging was so cute that I bought it. It doubles as a beauty serum, so I rub it on whenever my skin feels hot. If you leave it on for a bit after applying it, it leaves my skin smooth and my acne seems to have improved. I recommend using 55ml for the face and 250ml for the whole body.
It's extra-large and contains a generous amount, so you can apply it without worrying about how much you use. It has a gentle scent, is incredibly moisturizing, and is easy to use and absorbs quickly.
