Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The shampoo alone makes your hair soft and smooth. The large capacity makes it a good value for money.
My husband's scalp is dry and itchy, so I bought this silicone-free, inexpensive product to try out. I wasn't expecting it to be dry because it's silicone-free, but after using it, my hair became smooth and manageable! (I suffer from dryness, frizz, and waves.) My husband also had no issues with it. I'm currently trying out a few different products, but if I can't find anything good, I think I'll go back to this affordable product.
I found it easy to use because it lathers well and even a small amount is enough to thoroughly cleanse. What's impressive is that while washing, my hair feels smooth to the touch and doesn't feel squeaky. Even after rinsing, my scalp feels refreshed and less prone to dryness. After drying, my hair is less likely to frizz and is easier to manage, making styling easier. It's easy to use every day, and I think it's a great shampoo to incorporate when you want to rethink your hair care routine.
I bought this shampoo because of the luxurious bottle, and the scent was sweet and light, not cheap, but I was a bit concerned about my hair being a bit rough and dry after shampooing. The treatment didn't have much moisturizing or repairing power, and it didn't make my hair very manageable.
