DEW UV Day Essence SPF50, 40g

I'm a little late in posting this after purchasing it, but Dew is amazing. It doesn't have the typical sunscreen scent or gritty feeling at all, and it really does leave my skin feeling plump. Even my skin in my 50s is moisturized! I'm so proud of my skin that I think it's amazing! With the recent heatwaves, I've been using Dew after lotion in the morning, and I've been able to spend the day feeling confident with my skin, even without foundation and just a Clé de Peau primer. January 2026: With the dry season starting to get more intense, my usual primer doesn't feel moisturizing enough, so I've returned to Dew. The scent isn't too strong, and when I apply it all over my face, it even feels firm. It pairs well with the Paul & Joe primer I use afterwards, making it a must-have item this season.

There's no gritty feeling to the sunscreen at all. It spreads easily and is highly moisturizing. I was impressed by how smooth my face felt when I washed it at night. It's not sticky, so I think I can use it any time except midsummer. It also has a nice scent. I recommend it.

I love DEW. I bought this after being strongly recommended by a beauty advisor. What's a sunscreen serum?! I thought, "Huh?", but it does protect against sunburn and has a slight serum effect (lol). It spreads very well. I was worried that this amount wouldn't really protect me from sunburn, but it was perfect. I spread it thoroughly and applied it thoroughly. But I don't think it has any corrective effect whatsoever. It doesn't tone up my skin. If I apply too much, it does flake off. But it's not drying. Over time, I've noticed that my skin becomes dry and dull rather than clogged with pores, but this doesn't dry my skin out. So I think of it as a UV primer that's as close to a liquid as possible. I guess I can just apply concealer or foundation to correct any areas of concern.

I tried using it in both hot and cold seasons, but it never became my go-to. Its UV protection and beauty ingredients are good, and it's easy to apply, but it felt like I was wearing something on my face, like a coating, and while it moisturized, it wasn't comfortable. Also, I had a high rate of breakouts, but I didn't find it appealing enough to change my skincare routine just to use it, so I used it up and used it when I wasn't leaving the house.

It spreads well, is moisturizing, and feels great to use.
