Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

PN has been discontinued and is no longer available, but I happened to receive it as an annual gift from EST, and have been using it ever since. It's durable, easy to write with, and just the right hardness and thickness. I hope it doesn't go out of production.
It's a soft pencil that blends well with the skin. The color is natural and doesn't smudge easily.
There aren't many reviews... but I've been using it for about three years. I've bought it many times. As others have said, the tip is thin, so by drawing one nib at a time, I think I can achieve a natural finish. The sales associate at the counter carefully explained how to use it when I first purchased it, and thanks to that, I'm now able to draw eyebrows that I'm satisfied with. Usage: The impression is that it's not too thick, making it easy to adjust. However, it's not enough for the inner brows, so I replace the brush with powder and use that in combination to complete my brows. I think palette-type eyebrow pencils are perfect for people who don't like to bother with eyebrow makeup. Color: I have dark hair, but I use brown. I think it's a good color that doesn't look harsh, but doesn't look too chunky. Stays on: It's not very resistant to oils. I use it after patting on powder, but it can be a bit harsh after the summer evenings, so I have to redraw it. However, it's easy to carry around, and I've never had any problems with the tip breaking, so it's not a problem.
I've been using this for many years. I especially like that both ends can be used. The pencil is a thin retractable type, and you can attach either a brush or powder tip to the other end, which is very convenient. I've used both, but I attach the powder tip to the other end and keep the brush separate. Most of my skincare and makeup products are from est and Kao, but the first est product I bought was this eyebrow pencil. It didn't seem expensive, so I plan to continue using it!
